New in my Reading/Blogging/Personal Life:

This week was SO HECTIC. I quickly discovered on Tuesday that moving is a lot more work than I had anticipated....the days of moving between dorms in college were nothing in comparison because back then I didn't have to move actual furniture. However, as of Thursday evening I've been officially unpacked and moved in, and gosh, I've never been so relieved to be DONE.

Here are some pictures of my apartment! I'm so in love with it. It's tiny and cozy and completely and utterly mine, which is the best part. Keep in mind it's still a work in progress lol

On Friday, I was busy getting my parking permit (I have on street parking so unless I wanted to move my car every 2 hours from 8 AM to 12 AM I needed to get a permit lol) and that I ended up being so complicated...I went to the parking authority, found out I needed my student ID (which of course I didn't have), drove to the university got my student ID (thankfully!), and then drove all the way back to the parking authority! My head was spinning, but I was so happy everything lined up.

Other than that, I haven't gotten much reading in...in my spare time, I've been sleeping lol but I have finished FALLEN HEIR by Erin Watt. It was really good, and the ending was nutty! Can't wait for CRACKED KINGDOM! I've also started SEVEN WAYS TO LOSE YOUR HEART and I'm loving it much more than I thought it would! *fingers crossed that continues*

    1. I didn't even realize how many books I had ended up with until I started putting this post together! I have some good reading weeks ahead of me :) Thanks for your nice comment about my apartment! It is so nice having my own space - after having roommates for the last four years (and 5 for my senior year even!) it's so nice to have not one but three rooms that are 100% mine!

  4. Little Monsters looks good! I'll probably see if they have a library audio copy. This is How is Happened is one that is on my radar, too. How nice you're moved into your own apartment! I'm sure you're loving it more than a college dorm. All the pesky details like parking are such a nightmare until you get them sorted. Great post, Lauren! I'll check out your giveaway!

  10. Now that is a great book haul. I can't wait see what you think of Little Monsters. I've had my eye on that for a while but hadn't come across anyone else who has read and reviewed it yet. I hope it's as good as it sounds.
